He is a lot more comfortable walking on all surfaces with these on and I would highly recommend them for therapy use. I use them with nappies wrapped around his feet as I find any boot worn for a long time will get sweaty but they do not rub and his feet look great. He has been wearing them up to 24/7 for the past several months, including turnout and road walking, and they are showing no sign of wear. They are very accommodating size wise, he changed two boot sizes in another brand due to corrective trimming but these still fit, even with a thick pad.
